Since 1996 GSC has been involved with the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which created the E-Rate Program. To some of you E-Rate has proven to be a valuable source of necessary IT related dollars; while to some, E-Rate invokes many questions, concerns, and uncertainty… GSC has been a respected participant in the E-Rate program since its inception. For those clients who are active in the E-Rate program we may prove to help by maximizing and/or increasing those dollars… for those who are not active we can certainly help by answering your questions and provide a clear direction.
